East Rail management team meets passengers at East Rail Café

The Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) organised an East Rail Café session at Sheung Shui Station yesterday (3 June), during which more than 10 East Rail management staff met with passengers.
About 70 passengers attended the three-hour "East Rail Café" to express their opinions. Their major concerns were on train services, station facilities and passenger information facilities. The comments collected will be studied and considered for future improvements.
East Rail Café is a passenger forum held quarterly at East Rail stations with the objective of strengthening communication between passengers and East Rail management. The next session of the East Rail Café will be held on 10 September (Tuesday) between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm at Mong Kok Station.
