Good response to World Cup lucky draw
The Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) has been organising a series of events to promote its shopping centres with good response from tenants and shoppers.
The latest attraction, a grand lucky draw "Captain Tsubasa – Road to 2002" on the FIFA World Cup theme, completed with resounding success. Winner of the first prize received two tickets to the World Cup Grand Final and a package tour for two to Japan. The second prize was a personal computer and the third prize a mini hi-fi set. There were also 40 consolation prizes.
Director, Property, Mr Daniel Lam presented the prizes to the lucky winners at a ceremony recently. Mr Lam congratulated the winners and said the Corporation would continue with the promotional activities as an incentive to encourage people to do shopping in these centres.
The World Cup lucky draw was sponsored by a large number of firms including Culturecom, Devos, Esprit Timewear, Wo Kee Long, Prince of Peace and Jelly Belly.
