Light Rail Cafe
Mr. Jonathan Yu, KCRC Director, Light Rail and other Light Rail management staff, met the passengers at the "Light Rail Cafe" today (2 August) to listen face-to-face to passengers' opinions about Light Rail services as an effort to enhance service standard.
The "Light Rail Cafe" is a major activity of the Light Rail Courtesy Campaign. The campaign aims to encourage Light Rail staff to take a sincere, friendly and courteous attitude in their day-to-day contact with customers. The next session of the "Light Rail Cafe" will be held between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday, 16 August at Tuen Mun Light Rail Town Centre Stop.
