Light Rail Cafe
The management staff of Light Rail met the passengers at the "Light Rail Cafe" organised at Tuen Mun Town Centre Stop to listen face-to-face to passengers' opinions about services. This Light Rail Cafe was held in a light rail train. Mr Tsui Wai Keung, General Manager, Light Rail Operations (right) attended the function and met the passengers.
The "Light Rail Cafe" is a major activity of the Light Rail Courtesy Campaign. The campaign aims to encourage Light Rail staff to take a sincere, friendly and courteous attitude in their day-to-day contact with customers.
