East Rail management staff meets passengers at East Rail Cafe

The Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) organised the second East Rail Cafe of 2003 at Mong Kok Station yesterday (10 June). More than 10 East Rail management staff met with the passengers and listened to their views on East Rail services.
About 40 passengers attended the three-hour "East Rail Cafe" yesterday. Their major concerns were on train services, station and passenger information facilities. The comments collected will be taken into account for future service improvements.
East Rail Cafe is a passenger forum held quarterly at East Rail stations with the objective of strengthening communication between passengers and East Rail management. The next session of the East Rail Cafe will be held on 9 September (Tuesday) between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm at Lo Wu Station.
