East Rail ‘SMART’ Staff Election Programme
The Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation is dedicated to continuously improve the quality of customer service. To commend the outstanding performance of front line staff of East Rail, a ‘SMART’ Staff Election Campaign is launched in August 2003. Passengers are invited to vote for the staff with SMART qualities.
SMART is an acronym of Sincere, Mature, Attentive, Responsible and Tactful. Frontline staff with such qualities will be commended through this election programme.
Passengers can show their appreciation to East Rail staff and Ktt through train staff by completing a voting form and drop it into the Election Box placed at East Rail stations on or before 15 August 2003. Passengers can also call the Staff Commendation Hotline at 2688 1111 for voting.
All voting passengers will enter a lucky draw and have a chance to win a gift coupon of $1,000.
