KCR East Rail management team meets passengers at East Rail Cafe
 
In 2003 Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) organised four sessions of the East Rail Cafe. More than 200 passengers attended these sessions to share their opinions on East Rail services with management staff.
Passengers’ major comments focused on train services, station facilities and fares. The comments collected will be taken into account for planning future East Rail services.
East Rail Cafe is a passenger forum held on a quarterly basis at East Rail stations since 2001. The objective of the forum is to strengthen communication between passengers and management staff.
