KCRC management staff meets passengers at KCRC Cafe

The Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) organised the KCRC Cafe in East Rail Tai Wai Station on 7 April. About 10 management staff met with the passengers and listened to their views on East Rail services.
More than 50 passengers attended the two-hour "KCRC Cafe" yesterday. Their major concerns were on train services and station facilities. The comments collected will be taken into account for future service improvements.
KCRC Cafe is a passenger forum held quarterly at KCRC stations with the objective of strengthening communication between passengers and KCRC management. The next session of the KCRC Cafe will be held on 8 June (Tuesday) between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm in East Rail Sheung Shui Station.
