Southbound Beijing/Shanghai-Hong Kong tickets on sale in Hong Kong are limited. Passengers who are not able to buy these southbound tickets may consider buying them at Beijing West or Shanghai Railway Station.
Passengers are advised to note that since 11 November 2004, the journey times for both northbound and southbound Shanghai-Kowloon Through Trains have been extended by about three hours as a result of construction works on the Zhejiang-Jiangxi line in the Mainland.
