Three tenders received for the property development at West Rail Tsuen Wan West Station TW7 site
 
A total of three tenders were received for its TW7 property development project ("TW7") at West Rail Tsuen Wan West Station TW7 Site at the close of submission at noon today.
Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation's (KCRC's) Director - Property Mr Daniel Lam said, "TW7 is a relatively large-scale project in the Tsuen Wan district. We are pleased to receive three submissions, which will now be carefully examined by the Corporation, with a view to an award at the earliest possible time."
Occupying an area of 2.37 hectares, the project has an approximate gross floor area of 113,064 sq m for domestic use.
The current development proposal comprises seven towers housing 1,776 units with an average size of 63.7 sq m. Other facilities in the project include a residential care home for the elderly, car parking spaces, loading and unloading bays and a school site to be formed for future implementation by the Government.
According to the current programme, the project is scheduled for completion by 2011.
